Lower ticket prices debut at all Winnipeg area Safeway locations!

Kidsfest just became a whole lot more affordable for families. Patrons can now buy their advance tickets at any Winnipeg area Safeway location for just $13 each – a full dollar less than last year's Safeway prices! Meanwhile, a 4FlexFest pass is just $45 (a reduction of three dollars from 2014).

Not only will there be lower ticket prices at Kidsfest, there will also be some exciting new initiatives brought to you by the Winnipeg International Children's Festival this June 4-7, 2015.  

*NEW – Just announced! Kidsfest After Hours: When the Grown Ups Come Out to Play on Friday June 5. An evening concert event featuring Fred Penner, Bon Débarras and Hilby the Skinny German Juggle Boy – with a hot dog buffet, gourmet toppings and adult beverage. Mainstage Tent A at The Forks. A new Franco Fun day on Thursday June 4. Enjoy a great balance of French and English programming, including French music sets by The Kif-Kif Sisters (Les Soeurs Kif-Kif), Bon Débarras, Lulu et Le Matou, Michel Lauzière and Patrick Gregoire Magic. Well-known Canadian children's entertainer Fred Penner will also do some French tunes during his Thursday set.

A new Young MC program, in partnership with the Manitoba Theatre for Young People, giving performance-loving kids the chance to host and introduce some of our 2015 headliners.

The lineup for the 33rd annual Kidsfest features a mélange of new and exciting emerging superstars of family entertainment alongside some old favorites.

Kidsfest also presents more than 24 lively hands-on activity centres where kids can make and take a variety of crafts and other goodies, and educate themselves at a wide variety of our Community Partner activities.

Gate prices are $14 each ($2 less than last year) and patrons get a 15 percent discount with the purchase of 4 or more tickets.

Children under two are free, and kids under 12 only need to pay once for the entire four day festival, provided they keep their wristbands on. Kids’ wristbands can be exchanged daily at the box office.
